Mr. Bern is Co-Liaison Counsel in the World Trade Center Disaster Litigation pending in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York); and sits on the Plaintiffs´ Executive Committee of the MTBE Multi-District Litigation pending in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
