Lucie Dufour specializes in intellectual property in the fields of high technology, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and research and development (R&D).

Over the last several years, Ms. Dufour developed her practice with organisations such as the Institut Armand-Frappier, where she was Director of Legal Affairs. She then joined BioChem Pharma inc., where she drafted, negotiated and concluded many high-profile national and international agreements respecting technology transfers, licences, clinical trials, collaborations, distribution and research.
