Mr. Dietz is Board Certified as a specialist in Criminal Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He has over 35 years experience in criminal defense and is licensed to practice in all Texas state courts by the Texas Supreme Court as well as all levels of Federal Court including the Supreme Court of the United States.

Mr. Dietz maintains a higher level of continuing education hours than is required and has been a member of the College of the State Bar since 1988.

Mr. Dietz handles both Felony and Misdemeanor criminal defense cases in all Texas District Courts and County Courts, plus Federal cases anywhere in the United States.

Offices are in Houston, but we handle cases in Harris, Galveston & other counties.
