Social Security & ERISA

At the law office of Joseph P. Calandriello, we represent claimants from all over middle Tennessee and southern Kentucky. We stand by our clients at every step of their claim. This includes helping with paperwork, filing appeals, answering questions, and interacting with the Social Security Administration on your behalf. We partner with our clients to navigate the maze of paperwork and information that you encounter when you file a claim with Social Security.

We understand that people out of work because of disability seldom have money to retain needed legal help. For that reason we offer an initial free consultation and, should you choose us to represent you, we do not ask for an up front retainer fee. Our fees are paid on a contingency basis — that is, you only pay if you win, after you get your benefits. Fees generally are 25% of any retroactive money you receive when you win. No fees are owed from ongoing monthly benefits.

Although we primarily represent Social Security claimants, we also take some cases for VA claimants and medical health professionals with licensing issues. Call our office to give us more information about your case and set up a free consultation.

As a client of The Law Office of Joseph P. Calandriello, PC, you will receive personal attention, communication and commitment. Our service includes the competent management of your case and a strong commitment to attorney/client communication. We make sure you understand the details of your case and the progress being made every step of the way. Our clients appreciate the time we spend reviewing their case, answering their questions and giving them the information they need to make informed decisions.
