Our health law attorneys and paralegals have decades of experience in the legal and health care fields. Mr. Indest, the President and Managing Partner of the firm, is board certified by the Florida Bar in Health Law and masters degree trained (LL.M from The National Law Center, George Washington University). Michael L. Smith is a registered respiratory therapist as well as an attorney. He is also Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Health Law.

We currently have five full time attorneys, another attorney who is of counsel to the firm, three paralegals and other support staff. In the near future, we expect to add another attorney, and another paralegal/legal assistant.
